Career Engine is owned and operated by Ella Med Charitable Org Corp, a 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit ("Ella Med," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use nextgencareersearch.online and the Career Engine membership service (the "Service").

Payment Information: Membership payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers; payment details are handled directly by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.

Job Search Data: Job listings you view or interact with are retrieved from a third-party job data provider (Adzuna). Your search activity within the Service may be logged to improve your experience.

Process payments and manage billing, including your free trial and recurring charges;
Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored using Supabase, a third-party database provider. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we may retain certain information as required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
